I complained to Las Iguanas about the decline in service in their bar in Oxford and they called and apologised and asked if they could send me some vouchers so they can show me it was a one off and I got a £25 gift card in the post.

I just said that I had recently bought their product (it was on offer) and it was lovely to use a top quality product. I said I could really tell the difference and thanked them alot. I didn't ask for freebies and vouchers. Haven't done very well today though so guess it depends who you get and what mood they're in. x

Ooh, this is more like it. All through compliments- a full sized Pearl Drops, a coupon for a Zugos, a coupon for Velvet (50p better than nowt), two sachets of SteamCream, and 2 samples from Avene. Things are definately looking up! :-)

I emailed Ben and Jerry's because I had a tub of Half Baked with no bits in! I received a voucher for a free tub worth £4.99, as it was less than that in Tesco at the time I got a few pence off the rest of my shopping!

Also emailed Starbucks when I had a vanilla spice latte with no cream (paid extra), I got two drink vouchers for any drink any size! Awesome!
