giovanni rana, pasta company are useless, any advice would be helpful, we bought some of their spinach and ricotta tortelloni and found that everyy bite was gritty due to the spinach obviously not being washed properly, i was lucky that my father tried it first and told me not to eat as im pregnant and as some of you may know its highly important to have all veggies washed thoroughly. we sent a polite email to them a month ago and a not so polite email and letter a week ago as had no response and still we have no response from them

is it possible im getting impatient that i should of had some sort of reply by now or is there anything else you could recommend to try and get hold of someone, all i wanted initially was an apology but its annoying me now.

You could try calling them on 1-888-326-2721 but it looks like a US number so it could be an expensive call

I emailed Purina asking for puppy food samples for my new dog, they wrote saying no samples available but enclosed 2 x £2 vouchers for me to try their products for him

I complained to kenco about how there site will not print out the coupons that are still showing as live on the web, after a week i received a £1 off any kraft products.
Going to use this against kenco millicano coffee which is £1.99 at the mo in sains.
