In the last month or so I have had:

£10 tesco gift card for them selling out of date sachet of spice mix (bought in May with Jan date on it), phoned them back after receiving voucher to say that product still on sale, had another phone call and apology.
£10 co.op gift card for finding what turned out to be 'compacted ingredients' in their own brand cheese + onion crisps, they provided envelopes to return this in.
McDonalds meal voucher for poor customer service.
Free prints at jessops - I bought a tripod from them and they sold me a bag, turned out there was one included after a bit of a struggle to get them to contact me the manager of the store phoned to offer a refund but as i am not local to the particular store he asked what would i like to make it better, he offered 200 free photo prints and extended return period if i wanted. When i went to a more local store they were expecting me and one man said to his colleague 'whatever the lady wants is free of charge' so put about £25 worth of prints through on their machine, didnt want to take advantage.

Blistex are sending me a replacement lip cream as mine has gone very runny and watery, they're sending a free envelope so I can send it back. Really nice of them as I only enquired about the consistency and nice email too.

Made a genuine complaint about service and quality in Starbucks, was sent an apologetic email and 2 free drinks vouchers to use on any drink, any size with unlimited extras in each... very kind!
