I am putting on an end of season charity motorcycle rally & thought of giving away a printed mug rather than the usual sew on patch as we will be doing free tea & coffee all weekend...Could you tell me which company sent you the travel mug sample please?
Many thanks for any advice!

Well it has been a good few months since I have emailed any companies so I thought I would give it another go this week.
So far I have received:
200 nectar points - small complaint
£5 for a Nappies complaint
£2 Mr Muscle - compliment
All sent via email...
hi, what company did you complaint to for the £5 for nappies? x0 -
That is not the way to do it, don't make a complaint for a company unless is just.eastenders2012 wrote: »hi, what company did you complaint to for the £5 for nappies? x0 -

Hi folks, this is my first ever post so I hope I'm doing this right! Can anyone please tell me which is the best route to complain to Mars.. email, letter or phonecall?
I bought 2 mars milkshakes from my local shop yesterday, oh drank his - fine, I had a mouthful of mine and it had a metallic, sour milk flavour.. checked the expiry date which is Jan '14 so decided it was my tastebuds as I have limited taste atm due to a cold. Kept it refrigerated, then oh decided to have some while I was sleeping (thief! lol) and told me later he thought it tasted like watered down chemicals. Kept the bottle, but chucked the drink so kids arnt tempted to drink it. Any help appreciated!0 -
