Freebie Successes by Letter / Email - What have you recieved? (merged)

Hello!

My first post here, so please be king and forgive any mistakes

Only started a few days ago and so far:

-Complained to Garnier about their Olia hair dye - waiting to receive shampoo + conditioner & vouchers

-Complimented Douwe Egberts re their hazelnut coffee + made some suggestions and the voucher is on its way

-Complained to Gilette about their shaving foam, which makes my skin dry. Got an email saying it is not their fault and that there must be something wrong with my skin. They are sending a voucher though to refund purchase

-My cat emailed Felix to say how much he enjoys their wet food and got a lovely email back and a voucher is on its way

- Called Costa yesterday to tell them that a coffee at a certain store was far too hot and already I today I got a Costa card with 300 point on it, which is enough to get a free drink!

- Molton Brown - emailed for advice RE sensitive skin - complimentary samples on their way, yay!

- L'Occitane - emailed for advice RE sensitive skin - not heard back yet!

- Pampers - complaint regarding Simply Dry, suddenly started causing rash/blisters for daughter after months of previous use - not heard back yet!

- Whiskas - compliment, only cat food the cat will entertain eating! - not heard back yet!

- McVities - emailed compliment regarding Halloween cake bars, our house loved them! - not heard back yet!!

Bahaha, kidding? If I was them, I would have sent a free bottle filled with my breath to put in the drink. A little blow and problem solved, no? :rotfl:

I ordered a BOGOF pizza from Dominoes on Saturday night. When it came, they got the order wrong, so I phoned them and explained it and they said "sorry, theres nothing we can do". Waste of £14!

So I e-mailed them, and they replied within a couple of hours, and they're sending me a voucher through the post to "restore my faith in them". Not sure how much it's for yet.

Tip: When sending e-mails, put your name and address at the bottom of the e-mail. Works for me.
