DH complained about the length of wait at Nandos in Bluewater, got a free meal for two.

I sent Danone an email telling them how much I loved their new greek style yoghurt (pear one), they sent me £4 of vouchers to spend on them.

Woohoo success just got an email from andrex saying they were sending me a voucher in the post, first time i ever emailed a company.

I just clicked on the link for the website and clicked contact us and filled in the form on the website.

Sent 'complaint' to Starbucks, it was more of a suggestion letter as I wasn't happy with the service but could understand how the 'error' arrose, and they're now sending me a drinks voucher.

Really like this thread! It's great to see so many companies rewarding their customers just for their suggestions and feedback.

I emailed Tetley with a question/feedback and got sent two £1 vouchers
Also got a £4 voucher from Wella after emailing with a question

Might try sending feedback more often!

Over te past month I have had
£4 in detol vouchers
£3 in Ribena/lucozade vouchers
£3 for Cadbury (after I sent a wispa back)
£5 in Charles worthington haircare after using a faulty product


And have sent back to nail polishes back to coty as awful formula

Also I use collect plus and the parcel was damaged upon arrival and had a check for £50!

I complained about the fact that for about 3 months sainsburys fresh chilies were never spicy - I had bought them from a variety of their stores in London. They were completely bland and tasteless and ruined a couple of meals, including one when I had people over. They credited me with 500 nectar points, which I thought was nice!
