Had an email from air wick promising some vouchers after recent purchase didnt seem to give off a smell at all.

hello everyone i was just wondering when you send these compliments emails , if you say how great there products are and ask for samples , or do you just leave the sample bit out and hope they send some xxx thankyou any help would be appriciated x

Hi deanne
I sometimes just say how great their products are and I then receive samples, but sometimes I actually say I have never tried a product but would like to and do they have any samples to send. Either way sometimes your lucky with freebies and sometimes just a reply HTH x

I sent out the following complaints this week.

Local Resturant - Awful service for the price paid, sent email no reply yet.

Macdonalds - Awful service and messed up order on many occasions. email response being passed on to the manager of the macdonalds from there head office.

Cinema - Popcorn mixed on many occasions, email back but no real concern, only said this shouldnt have happened as they come in sealed bags. Well it doesnt stop the staff mixing them some how. Will not be buying popcorn from that cinema again. Looking forward to the new cinema being built.

Going to send out some good service emails too x

Well it has been a good few months since I have emailed any companies so I thought I would give it another go this week.

So far I have received:
200 nectar points - small complaint
£5 for a Nappies complaint
£2 Mr Muscle - compliment

All sent via email...

I had an apple with a hole in it in my pack of cheap apples from Sainsbury's so emailed them and they gave me 1,000 nectar points (£5), which was really nice. I was just expecting to be reimbursed for the apples really so I was chuffed! bought some more apples and had money for some other shopping too!

my son is in a band so i emailed a few companies for samples of things that can be personalised as we are interested in looking at buying things with the band name on.apart from 1 company that sent "e" samples,the others have sent us pens,keyrings,pencil case,mouse mat,i pad holder,travel mug.JPP,milton keynes sent the most things and we were really pleased to receive them and shall definately purchase from them.thought i'd post in case anyone else is after personalised stuff
