  • I sent an email to Nestle after buying a peanut butter Kit Kat and finding it void of peanut butter, emailed to say they have written to me...

  • Got sent £5 Bakers voucher after I complained that my dog choked on one of their treats - more than happy with how they responded and the voucher. Really good customer service team, to be honest!
Also got quite a lot of samples from L'Occitane (I can't remember the exact name and spelling, sorry!)

Oh well first attempt didn't go very well :(
I was so hopeful when I saw Tom's name in my inbox too
    Hi ,

    Thank you for your email.

I am afraid that we currently do not have any samples to send out. However, our Cherry Options is stocked by Asda, Morrisons, Sainsburys and Tescos.
Thank you once again for contacting us.

    Kindest regards

    Tom

I emailed Natwest 2 weeks ago as i had ordered a new debit card (mine was lost) and the lady said it was being dispatched. Rang back 8 days later to be told that not only had she not cancelled my lost one, she had not organised a replacement. Woke up last Tuesday, checked bank statement to see "Compensation - £210". Amazing customer service.
Any views are my own and may not always be correct - though i do try :o
