Well i was very inspired by this post last night. I've come a long way, cleared a lot of debt but still got a bit to go and along the way i've learnt some fab money saving skills that will keep me on the straight and narrow for life.

Benefit makeup - The same response
Starbucks - Free vouchers on their way! They are very happy that their service is being recognized and that they are achieving happy customers. This is also making me feel happier as I'm telling ppl how much i like their products and getting a positive response even if it is just a thank you email that's hopefully made someone else feel good.
I emailed Haribo, Ben & Jerrys & Mcdonalds last night so eagerly awaiting response. I work with customers all of the time and it makes me realise how quick we are to complain but we aren't nearly so eager to compliment by taking a few mins out to do so. I'm watching this post closely as your all wowing me by your results

I complained to dr oetker about a chicago pizza being very greasy but then said how much i loved their other pizzas and recieved 2 vouchers for free pizzas also contact tesco as i wasnt happy with finding bone and grilse in my sausages- what a difference not in any hurry to apologise and a very generic response. not impressed!

Thought I would join in after reading many times but never commenting or joining up

I have complained a few times in the past, for bad service at tesco and finding a foreign body in a steak bake at greggs, and both times I have received vouchers.

This week I complained to Nestl! for a Kit Kat void of peanut butter, and then to Nando's for frankly what was a terrible visit.
I received £2 in Nestl! vouchers this morning, and a call from manager of Nando's promising vouchers for 2 X Combo meals, drinks and desserts. So, all in all, not a bad start

Baxters sent me £8 today! I was really surprised as they hadn't responded to my email but got a lovely letter and vouchers today. Really pleased with this company!
Coca Cola also sent me £5 which I was pleased with as well as I couldn't send the product back like they would have liked. Really happy with this service too.
Also got £1 tetley voucher which will get me some tea bags. I'm happy today

Oh, just found some Oral B toothpaste that got delivered that I missed when I got the post!

Have received 2 bags of free feed from Dengie Horse feeds for a legitimate complain - found a foreign body in the feed. Nice letter too and really appreciated.
Also got £5 of vouchers from finish when a download voucher failed to download after the super savvy trial very impressed with service
