Well, an update on my emails:

Had 'thank you' emails from:
- Douwe Egberts
- Pedigree
- Drench
- Ritz
- McVities
- Yorkshire Tea

Had a response from veg box company to let me know they're putting 'a little something extra' in my next box

Had an apology/explanation letter from Muller containing 5 x £1 vouchers for use on any of their products :O Very nice surprise.

Still waiting to hear from Quorn about a complaint, and from Hellman's and Supernoodles after compliments.

Also contacted the following in the last couple of days:

- Shloer (compliment)
- Costa (compliment)
- Heinz Baby Club (rather upsetting complaint and query)
- Lush (query)
- Las Iguanas (compliment)

So hopefully hear from those shortly too

Update on the companies I contacted:

- Thank you email from Batchelor's Supernoodles

- Hellman's sent me a £2 voucher for use on any Unilever product
- Muller sent me 5 x £1 vouchers for use on any of their products
- Hipp Organic are sending me their 'pregnancy pack' in the post
- Sainsbury's are sending me a £5 voucher for their baby products

- Lush responded to my query woth very in-depth, helpful advice (very impressed with the time/effort they put into their reply!)
- Heinz Baby Club are still looking into my issue, so hopefully I'll hear some sort of resolution from them soon.

Never heard back from Costa, Las Iguanas or Shloer

This weekend I have contacted another list of companies:

Sent a thank you email to Cetaphil after I received a full size body wash and a full size moisturiser as samples. Today I have also received 2 samples of face wash and a pen from them
