I'm obsessed with the Sacla Pasta Sauce, sent them an e-mail gushing over it.
Got a lovely personal reply and money off vouchers in the post.
Nothing else yet though. Got a message back from Hugo Boss saying they have no samples avaliable...
Re Hugo Boss
You could try this link for a sample, it is a very small sample but they also enclosed a sample of moisturizer with it.

HAVEN HOLIDAY: i cant believe that you made such a fuss abut the smoke alarm not working and yet you stayed in the caravan and you couldnt spend at the most a pound on a new battery. If you were so bothered why did you not go down to the booking office and express your concerns to them.It sounds like you just like complaining after the event,to see what you can get.If my holiday had been so bad i would have complained straight away not waited until i got home.I still cant believe you put your family and someone elses child at risk all for the sake of a battery.

I wrote to L'Occitane as the spray on my favourite eau de toilette had jammed inside the cap - they sent me a new spray mechanism for it and an envelope choc full of samples - great customer service0

tiggeruk - if you're wondering where to start, I say Green and Blacks chocolate. They're the only person I've had success with so far, everyone else just replies saying, thanks but we don't have anything.
I wrote to Green and Blacks and asked if they had any samples of their dark chocolate I could give to my mum to try and see which she liked. They sent me a proper big bar of dark chocolate and gingerbread or something, all tied in a ribbon, with a hand written note saying ' I hope your mum likes it as much as we do'. It was so nice! Thanks to all those who post competitions! :T
:j 2012 wins :j Just Pink eau de toilette for women :heart2: Me & My Plant Book :heart2: Cadbury's Bubbly Chocolate Bar :heart2:0 -
Hi All
I have recently complained to 2 major well know brands Starbucks and Muller
The Starbucks complaint was regarding the state of 1 of their stores that I have recently visited, Im not a moaner but don't like to spend the best part of a tenner on coffee and cakes and have to have to sit in a flithy seating area so instead of making an on the spot complaint I wrote an email explaining that I was a unhappy as a regular paying customer with the state of the coffee shop and that I wanted an explanation as to why it was in that state when I visited.
I have just got back an email with an appolgy and a voucher booklet for free drinks to use as a welcome back we are sorry sort of thing, soon as I know ill post the amount
The muller incident was more serious as I found some plastic in one of their yoghurts and which it nearly caused some damage.
I phoned the customer care line ( found on packaging) and explained what had happend and my findings, within seconds I was being groveld at an lots appologies given instructions to send the item of plastic to their customer care office within 7 days i recieved a very well written appolgy and £20 voucher booklet to spend on their products any where.
So if your worried about complaning please dont as sometimes it takes a short sharp letter to get them to listen
