I used to really love Pizza Hut stuffed crust pizzas.
Then they closed our take away shop for a few months so i stopped getting them. Then they re-opened for some reason (all a bit confusing) so i ordered a stuffed crust pizza which had gone up to £14 and i was really really looking forward to it. It arrived and it tasted horrible, it was completly and utterly different to the stuffed crust they used to do, the edge wasnt golden anymore it was dry and floury looking and over herbed.
Should i write to them about this as i couldnt eat it or do i jsut put it down to theyve changed the recipe?
Would love peoples opinions on this
complain to head office not the store you purchased it from
I used to work in Pizza Hut part time while at school/college and complaints sent direct to the store were ignored half the time
Head offfice will almost always send out vouchers! good luck x0 -

After reading this thread I complained to Pataks about my Korma sauce too, which to be fair did taste surprisingly awful for a Pataks effort. They sent me a nice letter and a cheque for £10 so I think I can just about forgive them!
Never had their korma but the tikka masala is delicious and only 59p at Home Bargains.:beer:0 -

1x Easyreach roller

I first read this thread a few weeks ago, and emailed Wrigleys saying that I love their Cool Breeze gum (Which I do) and that it has really helped me in my battle to stop smoking. None of this was made up as I went cold turkey and chewed so much gum the first week I quit I had a jaw like Popeye
Imagine my glee when I came home from (a rubbish day at) work yesterday to a nice wee letter telling me to keep up the good work and four packets of Cool Breeze.
*chomp*
55 days smoke free and counting:D:D

I have just received a parcel from the US
I emailed a compliment to a skincare company to say I loved there perfume, (which i do, no-one else I know has heard of it but loves it!) and they emailed a lovely message back saying they would send out a few samples.
Imagine my surprise today when opening the box it contained a jar of $150 moisturiser and some sachets to try. I am overwhelmed!!
I have just sent another email to them to thank them for their extreme generosity - wow, it certainly pays to be nice!0
