Where do you get the email address for companies to ask for samples? I think its me just being daft but cant find anything!

I have contacted the andrex toilet roll company, and have got £10 worth of vouchers for telling them how great there toilet rolls are! Success:)

kimberley- try the small print at bottom of the web sites (usually contact)
got £ 2 from quorn,£1 off bread.hopefully some more soon.

Recent sucess's with,

Hotel Chocolat - genuine complaint = £5 gift token.

Hovis - genuine complaint = tokens for 3 items.

Britvic - genuine complaint = £3 vouchers.

Green & Blacks - asked for free samples = received mini bars of choc.

Mr Kipling - genuine complaint = £2 voucher.

No luck with,

Haribo - asked for free samples - they said no!

Molton Brown - asked for free samples - they said they don't send out free samples but if you purchase something they'll give out samples.

I always email, usually using the contact form found on the companies website. Hope this helps.

I normally look for the 'contact us' details on the companies website, its normally fairly small on the top or bottom of the page.

OK, I emailed Andrex to say that I think their longer rolls are a good idea especially with kids who waste lots, they replied and said they are sending me some vouchers. Also emailed Nestle and said that my kids love their magic straws (which they do) they never said anything about freebies, only said thank you! In the past I have emailed Neals Yard and asked them about my combination skin and did they have any samples - I received a lovely box with glass jars of products to try which are lovely - really pleased with that. Tried most of the major cosmetic companies to which they replied that I should visit the counter of my local department store and ask there - and we all know how hard that is! Love this thread btw!!

Thanks for the tip. I've just gone to their website and their "contact us" link is currently unavailable, so maybe they've had a flood of requests.

I have just had back a few successes from my recent genuine complaints.
Giftcard for refund of £3.68 from Tesco cos their easy up pants kept bursting at the seams - think at least 6 out the packet have gone so far
£15 from Scholl for a faulty product which I returned to them
£3 from Nestle as some choccies in QS were white

Prior to this Innocent were very good when a carton burst before I got it home 5 x £2 vouchers to use on their products
£3 voucher from Heinz cos one of their tomato soups had a yucky metal taste to it - made it inedible

Also got a lovely email from Body Shop when I praised them and their staff at a store I went to, as they gave exceptional customer service. I don't complain ALL the time!:T
