i just got a really nice email from Andrex to tell me they are sending me a voucher and a LOVELY email from hair HQ to say the have no samples, but the email was really nice,

I wrote an email of compliant to Old Orleans resturant, I was waiting at the 'wait here to be served sign' for 12 mins and no one attended to me, the staff where hiding, and food was a disgrace, I got an email from head quarters and then from the branch it self, saying sorry, that was it, no incentive to go back nothing, so I wont!
