I had a genuine complaint to them regarding stock shortage so they sent me 2 free drinks vouchers. I have emailed them berofe just complimenting them and I got 4 free vouchers! seems the recession has hit everyone

I've complained about clairol leave-in conditioner saying it smelt of urine... got a £10 voucher
Complained about a hair in some tescos finest coleslaw... £10 voucher

had quite a few discounts and stuff in restaurants through complaining - it might annoy some people but if you are genuinely unhappy with standards of food or service you should complain - otherwise how on earth are they expected to get it right in the future?

Ohhh.... Just e-mailed Tigi saying I didn't know what shampoo/conditioner to use because a lot of them weigh my hair down so I'm getting a free sample of dry shampoo in the post woop!

Got vouchers today for genuine complaint to innocent. they sent 3 vouchers for their fruit tubes (which my complaint was about)
Also last week got some vouchers from vimto after telling them i'm using more cordial to make same strength of juice.

i sent sainsburys email bout some chilli beef been dissapointing which was genuine complaint got £10 voucher. also had bought 6 bottles of fizzy vimto no would open and had to use monkey wrench they sent me a crate of 12 500ml bottles
