Received a Domino's pizza voucher for "any pizza/any size."
It wasn't even a complaint that i sent, more so an enquiry about delivery and i really wan't after anything.
I was sent the voucher as an act of good will, as the lady forgot to e-mail me back. I sent an e-mail to follow it up, and she sent me a voucher as an act of good will because she forgot to forward the answer to me.0 -
I have always complained about products that I think are not up to companies standards, not only for the 'free stuff' but to give them valuble feedback. Over the years I have got over £100 in vouchers and gifts from complaining etc, but here are my most recent ( past month)
1. Complained to a well known Coffee Station that you found in services about the poor quality of my cappuccino, and recieved a £5 voucher to spend pretty much anywhere and a free travel mug, which is very handy!
2. I complained to a stationary supplier after recieving terrible service when I asked to use my legitamate student discount card, they said they'll send me some vouchers, which I haven't yet recieved.
3. Complained to a National Cafe as my 'hot chocolate' was served luke warm and I wasn't allowed another, they're also sending some vouchers.
3. I complained to a cosmetic store due to extremely poor service as I was left waiting for 30 mins!!! They were very polite and appologetic and gave me a £10 voucherI didn't even spend anything in the end, so a great result
4. Complained to posh nail varnish company, as I thought a specific colour wasn't up to its usual high standards, and they have told me to send it back and I'll recieve a new one of any colour
My favourite ever complaint was when I was 12 and sent a letter regarding 2 missing stickers from a pack and I recieved a £10 gift voucher
I only ever complain about true reasons.

not sure I am in right place, last month a worker in Aldi reversed over my foot with a pallet truck, the pain was so bad and my shoes snapped open, filled accident book in etc, drove home with one shoe on, anyone ever claimed compo over this sort of this, area manager has offered me £100 aldi vouchers and cost of my shoes (£64), to say i could hardly stand on my left foot for 3 days i think this is pretty poor, should I seek legal advise or just accept it?0

That decision is up to you but remember if you've managed to drive home after the accident dont you think that any legal representation ALDI might challenge you with is along the lines of if you were able to drive home safely then was the injury that bad...also did you visit a doctor/a&e ....think before you take your accident further..at the moment you may not have too much of a leg to stand on...sorry no pun intendedfrugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -

I had to drive home , nobody offered to take me, I had nobody to call, yes i sought medical advise
If you have healed up OK and no permanant damage done, ide take the offer they have given.
Accidents happen, you get your money back for your shoes and £100 for the problem caused.0 -
I'd go and see a no-win-no-fee solicitor personally as based on what you've said the Aldi employee was definitely in the wrong! Take £100 in vouchers for what could EASILY have been a broken foot? They're having a laugh!
Plus if they've already offered you the vouchers they have (kinda) admitted responsibility, a good solicitor will make them pay up. As they should, that's disgraceful!September Make £10 a Day Challenge - £16.35/£3000 -

Also £7 vouchers from Purina this week for cat food that contained more jelly than meat (genuine complaint)Addicted to MSE0 -
I wrote to Rimmel a few years ago asking them if they still made a particular colour lipstick I used to buy more than 10 years ago. It turns out they do and they sent me a full size one into the bargain. Result0

A few years ago, I complained about being rammed with a full tray by a member of staff (citing the precise date and time so it could be checked on CCTV as it DID happen, and a photo of my bruise as it was large and it was the exact same spot where I broke my ribs a few years ago so breathing hurt for a few days)...I got no apology but 2 coupons arrived through the post for a free drink. I've barely given them my custom since then.0
