I emailed Kellogs with a question about their Crunchy Nut Clusters. It was the first time I had bought them as a treat for my son, and I was disappointed to see that it was more 'crumbs' than 'clusters'. I said that my son really enjoyed the taste of the cereal, but asked whether it was supposed to be a bag of crumbs. I promptly received a very nice letter of apology and a £3 voucher to buy a replacement box.0
