Tried to order Domino's pizza for family party few weeks ago total order £50, they were happy to deliver £40 of it but the pizza for £10 was an offer to collect only and insisted i collect it. They would not see reason so i cancelled whole order and complained. Next day manager called, apologised and gave me £30 goodwill. Thats good customer service!

I complained to Dominoes a couple of years ago about a delivery, the garlic bread box looked like it had been kicked down the road and the bread was a bit battered too. I wasn't much of a complainer then but something about it got me so mad that I got on the phone to the place and ended up getting the whole order replaced, as it was coming to the end of the night there were extra pizzas and stuff like chicken wings.

Dominoes do the best pizza, but it's kinda scary how quick they are to act when you complain (and how generous) because that says to me they get lots of complaints!

We all have days like that, _Roxy_! Yeuggh, can you imagine finding someone else's tooth in your Fruit Pastilles - I've come over all peculiar at the thought of it...

anyone ever tried complaining to thomson, dunno what they are like for responses, just wrote a very long email to them about how bad theyre cruise was, truly dire, dont ever go with them, but i was just wondering if theyre good at getting back and with anything to offer
