Emailed a few companies 2 days ago and got 100% success
Scholl - asked for samples of their moisturiser and got 2 sachets
Quorn - Compliment, received £3 off Quorn vouchers
WKD - Compliment, recieved a nice wkd bottle opener keyring

I complained to Domino's today as one of their delivery drivers was knocking on my front door at 00.35 this morning. Surely if they were delivering at that time and unsure of which door to knock, they would ring the number on the order?! When I looked out of my window (ground floor flat) this guy was stood right by my window and scared the life out of me. He was walking between my door and the upstairs flat (who had ordered the pizza) and knocked both!!

should i complain to the buses? i was waiting at bus stop and put my hand out for the bus and as it was coming to a stop i turned round to give my gf a kiss goodbye then i heard it open to door so i turned around and looked at the driver and was about to get on when he looked at me (now walking towards the bus) and closed the doors and drove off. and because off this i had to get a seperate service bus that cost me more money and came at a later time, making me miss next bus i was going to get and haev to wait another half an hour.

I sent an email to Cafe Direct asking if they were able to send me some samples and this morning I received 6 sachets of coffee, 8 tea bags and a sachet of hot chocolate. :j :j :j

McCain (Compliment) - no vouchers to send out
Lush - Nothing - no surprise there
Soap n Glory - no samples - no suprise there
Boots (Compliment) - nice email

Dowe Egberts - said they would send free samples for Senseo machine

In the past have found Options to be good - sent me free hot choc samples and then a jar of the coconut flavour cos I couldnt find it in shops

Andrex - vouchers on way
Tetley Tea - got a £2 voucher
Pampers - Emailed to say baby just about to come out of new baby nappies and not sure which is best to progress onto and could they send me some samples of their next stages. - Just had a response very quick! They are sending vouchers to buy a pack!!

Complaints:
Morrisons - £10 voucher - Bought some chicken it was off, complained via the contact us section but had to provde barcode.

Mullerlight - Yogurts still in date but had mould around the rim £8 in vouchers

Asda - Refund problem, had a steriliser as a gift but was the wrong make needed didn't have receipt as was gifted from work and when I returned they only refunded at the baby event price which was no longer on, complained and got the difference back that was currently listed at instore via giftcard.

Center Parcs - Paid for a specific location to be close to the Lakeside Inn only to arrive and it be closed for renovation work, this was not mentioned when we booked or when we arrived only on the letter we got after settling into our lodge, got a refund of £25 the amount we paid for the specific location.

I think Lush must get 825658962386348 emails asking for samples everyday :rotfl:

This reminds me I received an email from the Sanctuary yesterday I complimented themlast week not expecting a reply,but I got a lovely response and they have promised to send me a little sample :T

I got my lipcote stuff yesterday which was a teeny tiny bottle,some stickers and tips on how to use it,and WKD sent me a keyring-not bad for a newbie eh!!

I will update when I have any other news peeps!

The manager of the store got in contact to apologised and to compensate me, let me order a meal for free - two large pizzas with pudding all delivered promptly! Thank you Dominos!
