  • I complained to Snapple because I brought one of their fruit drinks, drank some and put it in my bag. When I got home, I found the lid was a little faulty and leaked a little juice all over my stuff making sticky and smelly :(

Iv also emailed Coop because i brought a bag of haribos and when I got home, found out they were BOGOF. I am partly to blame for not looking properly, but the cashier could have said something, especially as the store was pretty much empty. All the staff there look depressed. I didn't take the receipt either so no proof :( Not expecting anything, but I will be boycotting them.

    Adds to the flavour. ;)
Thought for the day: each generation of mankind tends to hug the illusion of having reached the culmination of human achievement. Yet, as we scoff at our groping ancestors, so our descendants will surely scoff at us.

I re-discovered this thread recently and decided to give it another go! In the post today I received:

Also promised a Scholl foot file and moisturiser for asking for samples.

It's definitely worth giving credit where credit is due!

Thanks Izbizzle and everyone else who makes suggestions - especially about Scholl. I sent them an email on 3rd February asking for samples for specific problems, and two full-sized products arrived in the post today. Now that's what I call service! :)

Not sure whether to write to Rowntrees Fruit Pastilles. I found a tooth in one of their sweets last night - but unfortunately it was mine!! :(
:A A million thanks to everyone who posts :A

DEFINITELY complain!! Phone them about it and they'll give you a freepost address to send the packet back. I found an unidentified hard lump a few weeks back in a bag of Fruit Pastilles. Clearly their standards are slipping! :(

Sorry, _Roxy_, my comment about the fruit pastilles was tongue-in-cheek (as it were). I was eating a sweet and alas part of my own tooth came away with it!
