I recently had really poor customer service at a MAC Cosmetics Store and wantd to complain to them so that other people don't get treated in the same way as I did. I was totally shocked!

Does anybody have an email address or address I can write to for MAC Cosmetics UK ?
There website has a 'Contact An Artist' section but ideally wanted to contact customer services.

Can anybody help?

I had received poor customer service when dining at pizza hut during a trip to blackpool. Never got round to complaining until i started reading this thread !!

Sent email to them and within 3 days i had a lovely personalised letter from them apologising and with a £10 gift card attached and a note saying they will be retraining their staff in that shop.

I complained to LIR chocolates, about a problem i had with a box of chocolates i got given in March, they took 3weeks to reply and said if i forwarded my address they would send out some chocolates as an appology, i have since emailed them 3/4 times offering to send them the packaging,receipt etc etc, but not so much as a reply. Rubbish customer service. All they needed to have done in the first place was appologise, the fact they offered to send out replacements and then have not just annoys me further!

Evening all,

I complained to Whitbread about our poor experience on a recent visit to one of their Brewers Fayre pubs and the lack of interest shown by the manager when we complained to him. The reply I received was from the manager of the pub, who I had complained to at the time, repeating what he had told me at the time - which is why I was complaining to Whitbread !!

Does anyone have a direct email address for Whitbread? I can only find a 'contact us' on the website and it seems that just goes straight to the pub concerned.

Hi all,

After reading this thread and realising that it is worth complaining, I complained to Wilkinsons about one of their skin toners after it made my face swell up and made me look like I'd had a bad attack of botox and asked if they could recommend any other toners that they stock.

Although they couldn't recommend any one skin toner for my sensitive skin, they very kindly sent me £25 in vouchers that I received this morning. I couldn't fault their customer service in the slightest.

Wrote on monday to lipcote to compliment them on their product and mentioned we would be using it on my aunts burlesque hen weekend and got an email on tuesday saying they were sending some samples to save us taking out our fullsize ones on the hen night was well chuffed considering it was really just to let them know how great lipcote is .
