I have emailed Lush (customer service then HO as I did not get a response from CS) and Pampers - both with genuine complaints. Will see if I hear back at all.
Also contacted Quiz HO over a complaint about a mega rude member of staff - this was apparently handed over to a general manager but I haven't heard anything yet GAH.
The only place I seem to have any luck with is McD's. Mind you there food is vile so I don;t know why I continue to return.0 -
I have just emailed Dorothy Perkins regarding some disgusting customer service I recieved at the weekend! She was very rude and called me poor!

I recently purchased a Philips Senseo coffee machine as it works with Douwe Egberts coffee (my favourite brand). I emailed Douwe Egberts to ask if they sell trial packs of the coffee pods (I understand there are around 12 different ones available). Douwe Egberts advised that they don't do trial packs but send me 2 free packs of coffee for my machine though which I thought was very generous of them.0

I have recieved £3 Quorn vouchers for a compliment and querying a product that I could no longer find in the shops.
Recently we complained to the manager in Frankie and Bennys regarding poor quality food (burnt, not enough topping) and had our main meals refunded, so only paid for starters and drinks.
In Pizza hut recently we complained to the duty manager as most of everything from the menu had 'ran out' and we were getting a bit fed up, couldn't get the starters we wanted, or the pizza etc. He wrote us a voucher for £10 off our next visit. We then complained to the waitress as our pizza arrived, (which was supposed to be a vegetarian supreme, but had come minus the peppers and with red onion). This wasn't pointed out or explained to us on arrival, so we told them this was not the pizza we had ordered and had been told the kitchen had no peppers so just added onion instead! Waitress gave us our starters for free, only charged us for one drink and offered us a free dessert as an apology! Although I plan to email HO as we overheard a waiter *exclaim loudly* with a big sigh about the last table (It was 15 mins before close and we were nearly finished) and how it wouldn't be the case if he went over there with his sledgehammer! We were livid!!
I am going to complain to Lipsy as I was spoken to very rudely by the SA when I tried to return an unworn dress with tags still on and with a receipt. She asked me if I had taken the tags off the dress, to which I replied, slightly confused, 'no, the tags are still there' to which she snapped 'no they're not' and walked away, left us standing for about ten minutes, before returning and saying to another SA can you deal with these people!!
Also going to complain about a chest guard I bought from a martial arts shop, as it is most definitely not fit for purpose, nor the size described.0 -
I recently received a hamper packed full of goodies after making quite a serious complaint, it must be worth well over 50 quid!!
It was also such a surprise as the company I complained to had sent me lovely letters and emails, as well as speaking with me on the phone to try to resolve the situation and they never mentioned that they were going to send such a lovely gift! Its definately restored my faith in them!0
