i complained to harvester too - customer service was awful! they sent a voucher for £20 off next time - for the wrong person!

emailed them saying how disappointed i was that they didnt get my name or city right, and customer service department clearly has the same attitude to paying attention as the restaurant staff.

they then sent MY voucher - and upped it to a free meal and a free drink for 4 people

i complained to silent night about a faulty mattress, as its over a year old i do have to pay some costs but i have been offered a like for like swap for £43 or an upgrade for £120. I just done a search for the upgrade mattress and it retails at £369 for the mattress alone!

Great customer service , they have been very polite all along and very helpful.:T

A dog forum I belong to is running an Online Dog Show to raise money for charity. I wrote to lots of companies to donate prizes, and we now have a lovely selection, including designer leads, personalised portraits, magazine subscriptions & lots more....:j

Some may seem pedantic but i actually like to give customer feedback and often dont expect anythign in return but this year ive had-

£6 voucher from KP for their wheat crunchies being flavourless lol
£2 cheque from kit kat for missing an inside bit!
£3 fox biscuits for my rocky missing caramel

I went to a Toby carvery and in short the meat was cold, cut thinly, the sauce station was dry and still and hour service left.End of night staff walked past me with huge plate of meat munching away. Manager rang me and offered me meal for 2 complimentary..reluctantly went back but was only slightly better so didnt win me round.

Ordered dominoes and arrived freezing cold. Rang up and offered either new food or free large pizza next time. Took the latter. ordered online and used a £10 off so we should have paid £9 for 2 large pizzas and a side...guy was confused, rang office, no note had been made about our free pizza..he couldnt be bothered and let us have the whole lot free

i havn't started on aldi yet but the service i have recieved has been bad...i got accused of shoplifting and followed through the shop by a security guard last week! I cant find an email so guess ill have to write..if anyone has any experience with complainign to aldi please pm me , my store manager doesnt care because it is in a student area and 'all students are obnoxious shoplifters' in his opinion!

I complained to Pizza Express recently as we were turned away from one of their stores as we only wanted dessert, not a main meal. Today I received a lovely letter telling me that they had looked into the complaint, taken action and as an apology, a £10 gift card! Didn't expect anything, just thought it was terrible that at 8.30 on a Monday night, we were turned away from a half empty restaurant!! Very impressed with their customer service.

I emailed Johnson and Johnson re a tube of 1 day long piz buin which i used as directed then burnt whislt out in the garden! Ive used the same product for years and never had a problem before!
They said to return it and they will test it, and send me a replacement.
This i did and the replacement they sent me was a kids sunscreen!! no good to me as my kids are all grown up!

I got a £30 voucher for Pizza Express for complaining about some really bad customer service - we waited 45 mins for food and some people who came in after us had finished their food before we even got our mains! So chuffed as I wasn't expecting anything at all!
