I have never written a letter but I email, and usually get replies within one day to three. So I should think it would be faster then letters.

Received in the post this morning a box stuffed full of things to test for Lush - loads of bath ballistics and bubble bars, shower gels, lip balm, four perfumes, deodorant and soaps. I have been testing for Lush for about a year now and this is by far the most products they have sent in one go ....... my bathroom smells fab!

I phoned Purina cat food today as bought box of 12 pouches to only find 11. Lady on the other end was terribly apologetic and said a letter of explanation would be in post today and with a voucher to replace my losses. Will see what appears

Emailed Sainburys re chicken nuggets as several in pack had no breadcrumbs and my son being fussy eater would not touch them. Have had email in reply apologising and asking for nectar card details so they can refund me.

Emailed Walkers about baked crisps sweet chilli & mango. Queried if product still sold as i lvoe this flavour but cannot find them anywhere. Waiting for reply.

Also emailed tesco re their mini scotch eggs as when son bit into some (within date) they had gone off. Have an answer phone message saying my complaint has been received and someone will be in touch

I've emailed options and recieved three samples. - Just asking
I've also email Gu and sent a begging email. No reply yet but they have been great in the past.
I've also emailed crayola. - Another begging email.
Emailed Tesco - Complaint. No response as of yet.
Just emailed the parent company of chupachups. The lollies need a chainsaw to get in them!
EDIT: Mailbox is full for parent company of chupachups, and when I try to use proper chupachups site it says invalid phone number!
