Dont bother complaining to M&S or complimenting them either.

I had a genuine complaint, and had to post item to them, send 3 emails chasing it up, and a written letter. Final result? £5 refund card, which didn't cover the postage and product combined. Very disappointing.

Also a friend of min bought a cardigan from M&S for £30, and after one careful wash it looked like a bag of rags. When she returned it with receipt, she was accused of washing it incorrectly, and the store manager told her they would send it for 'analysis' to check if she had been responsible. After about a month she had a gift card for the price of the cardigan TO SPEND IN M&S!!!! She was hopping mad, she wanted her money back, not more M&S cheap quaility tat!!

Superflygal you and your friend did better than me, after sending an item back over 3 months ago, and me contacting them lots of times since I have yet to recieve anything, not even a letter!! xx

I wouldn't bother with M&S, I was pushed out of the way by one of their members of staff, I was on crutches at the time so ended up on the floor. She then called me a silly bleep and M&S did nothing!

My last request for anything via email was ages ago, as I was off on my year abroad last September! But I'm back now, so have sent begging emails to a few companies that sell baby toiletries etc, as one of my best friends is pregnant and will be a bit stuck for money- so I'm going to stick together a big "useful stuff" hamper for her, and anything I don't have to pay for will be appreciated!
