I had the nappies spit a couple of times and all the gel stuff came out...made a hell of a mess! Camplained about that on the phone to pampers and got £5 in vouchers each time. (had to send sample of nappies in that pack).

Got the spoon in a box from Gu for complimenting them by email.
Emailed EAT complaining about one of the sandwiches not being up to standard, they replied about a week ago asking for my address so they could send vouchers, but nothing yet.
Complained to Tesco about a hair we found in a sausage roll; got an apology phonecall yesterday, and the guy was really nice and said he'd send £5 worth of vouchers. Will probably never buy sausage rolls from there again, but I think that makes up for it.

What exactly did you say?, i tried but all i got was a we try our best at Gu :mad:

Well basically I told them that I had just tried their products for the first time after having heard about them for ages. And that I was extremely pleased with how good they were. And then complimented their new ad campaign and said that I found it really appealing. Just something along those lines. Good luck!
And I think I finally figured out how to add images, so there it is for the guy who asked before.

Sorry I wondered if anyone had the smirnoff email address?
I don't have Outlook linked so can't get it.

You guys have converted me, I'm usually a complainer I always complain about bad service and have done ok in getting stuff back but I now see that complimenting is just as constructive, been complimenting like made for the last couple of days! Already have got Cathedral City and Andrex vouchers promised to be sent! : ) : )
