I wrote to a few companies recently and still waiting for responses.

    So far:

Green & Blacks - Told to buy smaller bars :(

GU: Sending a little gift in the post, shame it can't be some chocs as I love their stuff. But anything is good for me! :T

Nivea - Send lots of samples today, some would be useful for my hospital bag :j

Just going to wait and see how the others reply.

    Update:

GU: Received a spoon in a box, nice little addition to the gift hamper.

Mars (compliment) - £2 in vouchers.
...trying to be more money savvy everyday. :T
  • Sent a genuine complimentary letter to Boots about a trial they let me carry out and received a lovely eyeshadow palette with eye liner and a mirror. Thank you Boots!

pampers have emailed me back and said they have no free samples or coupons that they could send me.:( Oh well never mind! Lets hope I get on better with another company!

:(All 3 companies I have emailed so far have said they don't send out samples or coupons but look out for offers in magazines and in store. Oh well nothing ventured and all that.:(

M&S are about to receive their 3rd genuine complaint from me in as many months; I was actually attacked in their store while a member of staff stood there and gawped...I asked her after why she did nothing and she pretended not to have seen. The service is consistently dreadful in this branch of the store and I am going to go to Stuart Rose himself if they don't do something about it this time. I don't want freebies, I want an apology and improved service.

Aw, how awful. I hope you are ok. You deserve an apology at the very least.
