Amazing customer service from the off, and they replied to my emails within 10 minutes, and didn't even want me to send them the orgional bra which i'm going to try fix LOL!! xx

Well annother year has passed and i'm now e-mailing companies again for my boyfriends birthday, i'm making him a hamper this year.

I've e-mailed quite a few companies, will let you know how i get on. And what i recieve.
Anyone got any ideas of companies to e-mail?

So far green and blacks are sending me chocolate to put into the hamper and thats it.

nivea are great with vouchers.
i complimented them on their products and they sent me £3 worth of vouchers in the post.

When people email a company with a compliment, what sort of thing do you say and how do you word it, without coming across as begging for them to send you something? lol

I never have any luck either with complaints or compliments it seems

I emailed a pub where i ate to complain. The manager rang me after about 3 weeks to apologise and said how much she wanted me to go back (even tho i'd rather not) and that she'd get head office to send me some food vouchers for me and a friend to eat free and asked that when i went back to introduce myself to her for a face to face apology. Sadly never heard another peep from either her or sign of any vouchers

I wrote to Frankie and Benny's regarding the terrible service we had when we visited London back in October. They wrote back with £30 voucher which was nice. Also got a voucher for a free tub of Ben and Jerrys due to not many choos in my caramel choo choo and some vouchers from Organix & Bebivita for compliments on baby food.. Which is nice!

I got £3 worth today too Do you know if you can only use 1 per transaction, it doesn't say so on the vouchers themselves...

You were lucky, I emailed about the versions of their puddings which Virgin Atlantic serve but was just sent a "thank you" email and told they weren't available in the shops!

i received some £1 vouchers from nivea also i held onto them until i found a good deal tesco was selling a lot of the their mens nivea products for £1 bogof got 10 items in total used 4 vouchers at the same time paid 2 quid couldnt believe it now i hold onto all me vouchers until i find the best deal very mse
