YAY, big parcel this morning, 4 Wii Fit Water Bottle's, pens, badges etc... YAY and a princes voucher because i cut my hand when i opened a can.

Yeah i contacted them saying i host wii party's (which i do) they just sent them no email etc

£5 McDonald's voucher. Received shocking customer service etc etc etc, so emailed to be told they wouldn't reimburse - I said it was a sorry state of affairs to be left feeling like I needed to complain about the customer service dept....hence receipt of the voucher. Lets hope I win something big on monopoly!! :j

I've only ever contacted companies when I have a genuine complaint - which is often! Lol.

Nandos - Complaint. The service was appalling, my food was left sitting on the side for ages before they thought to tell me and the manager was aggressive in his reply to my questions. They sent me a letter and a voucher for a platter meal.

Pizza Express - Complaint. Again, appalling service, food was brought out stone cold after 45 mins. When I complained, the server told me he could heat it up or we could wait another 20 mins for it to be cooked again. They sent an email apology and offered me 20 pounds on the house when I next visited.

The Real Greek - Complaint. So many things wrong with my visit, cold food, drinks not bought, meat not cooked etc. They sent a letter and 40 pounds worth of vouchers.

Sky - Complaint. Their customer service department have no idea about any of their promotions etc and they lied to me several times while I was on the phone to them for over TWO HOURS. Then their email correspondance was laughable, at best. They offered me 25% off my Sky World package for 6 months.

I think thats it so far!
