I remember emailing Kleenex last year to say that I felt that the quality of their man size tissues had gone down. They sent me a letter thanking me for my feedback with money off vouchers, can't remember how much it was for.
I emailed Cravendale to say that after they sent me a voucher for free milk 5 years ago it is now the only milk my husband will dring and didn't even get a reply.0 -

I emailed tesco customer service after my prawn sandwiches in my meal deal were soggy. I am pregnant and have morning sickness and it totally ruined my lunch. I had bought two meal deals (eating for two!! lol) They were fab and called me to apologise, took it very seriously considering what I was complaining about. I had a long email to say sorry and they are sending me a gift card with £5 on. Yay!
I also complained to my local leisure centre about the baby pool being closed at short notice, cold, smelly, and rude girls on the tills. They sent me a huge email apologising for each issue and gave me 5 free vouchers for free swims. I asked for some free use of the facilities in my initial complaint email so I was very pleased.:A0 -

I am very sorry guys n gals, I spoke to someone and they said they do product testing from home. I am not sure if they meant you work for them i am not sure, I am so sorry, otherwise what would have been the point in me posting. Sorry Cooldude255220 & Sarah1972.0 -

Had lots of exciting things in the post this week from compliment/complaint letters....
Poker set, hats x2, massive umbrella, fleece and ipod speakers
£10 vouchers x 2
MOCs galore
Promise of 2 candles
Promise of gifts for friend's birthday
Set of 5 stain removing products
500 points on card
£2.50 gift card
Very impressed! Won't say where everything came from as I believe these companies will soon get hacked off if everyone else started writing expecting to receive things. Probably best to write to companies when/if you've actually got a complaint or compliment.0
