Very impressed! Won't say where everything came from as I believe these companies will soon get hacked off if everyone else started writing expecting to receive things. Probably best to write to companies when/if you've actually got a complaint or compliment.

WOW, I bet you had a shock this morning with the postie.

The only things i get seem to be MOC. Dnt get me wrong i like them however yesterday i did receive a huge Michelin Man hand puppet curtsey of Michelin for our DS.

Has anyone tried complements/complaints to huge companies like Sony ETC? Any luck? As the saying goes you dont get anything if u dont ask...

I've had a really bad experience with play.com - my oh bought a DVD off them on 28th Feb, its not a well know one but it was cheaper with play than anyone else by about £6 and free delivery - We are still waiting for it! I have called them twice - they cant tell me approx when it will be delivered (at first the said it will be 4 days) its been over a month now - I complained (very sternly) to their customer services - said it was a bday present and the whole thing is now ruined as its taken so long to come and i expect to be compensated - all i got was a big fat NO and still no expected delivery date!! the woman sounded like a robat on the phone
What shall I do?

Thankfully everything came over a few days, so it wasn't too bad, although I think my postie is wondering what the heck i'm up to :rotfl: normally he only ever delivers bills!

I am not sure as i am not the best person to advise but in my own way i would await for the DVD then contact because you would have accurate times and dates, IMHO thats what i would do. I am sure someone else will give you better info tho

Today I received:-
8 sachets of products from Nivea. Just for asking nicely.
£3 vouchers from quorn for telling them how much I like their products.:)


Oh yeah and a £199.92 gas and electric bill (bad postman):(:(:(

Complained to John West about the quality of the tuna in a can compared to Sainsburys. Received a £5 PO today with apologies after I gave them the code so the source could be checked.
Also complained to Waitrose about some sausages. Unfortunately my husband binned the wrapper so couldn't give them full information. Still waiting to see if I get any fruther response.

I complained last week about a very rushed meal and poor service at a local pub (Part of a large chain) I was offered a free meal there or some vouchers, I opted for the vouchers which arrived by special delivery the following day. Have decided to use them at another pub in the chain and after looking at the offers online got a £10 off voucher and called to check i could use both the free vouchers and the £10 off voucher and I can

£40 off my meal then!

RESULT!
