Hi, you can fill in the form on http://www.majestic.co.uk/ContactUs or you can also contact them via phone, fax, email or write straight to their Head Office - details are all on that page.

Wrote to Brewsters after an awful family meal for my little brother's 18th. The food was cold and the service was crap. However, I did point out in the email we've been happy with the service before and never had a problem until this one incident.
Got a very nice letter and a £25 voucher to use within 6 months.
I didn't expect anything back except maybe a letter saying 'thanks for your message, we'll look into your complaint'

  • I have received quite a few vouchers etc in the past year, because i used to use the self scan in tescos and any vouchers even if they weren't related to the product would give you money off, but that's stopped now! :(

I wrote to Waitrose a month or so ago as I found a hair in my pasta bake : ( They wrote back saying it was a piece of plastic(it was definitely not!) but as they kindly send me £20 of vouchers I did not have time to query it again! Will be using them towards housey things for when we move in the summer x

I really enjoyed the Dove for Men on tv. So I emailed them via their site and received a nice letter and a £2.00 coupon, which I didnt expect so was a nice little surprise.

Can I ask what your complaint to accessorize was about? Hope I aren't being too nosey, but I sent a very serious complaint about customer service to them about 6 months ago, and all I recieved was a an email which seemed to be a automatic response (didnt mention what my complaint was, just said we would like to apologise and sorry for you having reason to complain!!). didnt expect vouchers, but at very least a personal email or letter! xx
