No e-mail, most companies don't provide one due to spam etc., I'd suggest a letter with the various details. You could also phone.

The email address I have is [EMAIL="customer.service@tesco.co.uk"]customer.service@tesco.co.uk[/EMAIL] or you can fill in the form on http://www.tesco.com/help/contact/contactus1.asp. They have usually replied to me in 2 working days so hope you get a reply soon!

I literally spent hours visiting site after site related to Tesco lol! I don't like getting on the telephone very much and I'm usually patient enough to wait for an email back.

Oh, and apologies to everyone subscribed to this thread as it's been temporarily hijacked. I will keep quiet now. :A

lol, rather you than me. But thanks, will come in handy

I usually e-mail or write a letter as then I can plan things better and usually get a better response than thinking stuff off the top of my head on the phone :P

I just had a lovely parcel from Ozkleen! 3 power cloths, plus bath power, kitchen power and carpet power bottles - all full size worth just under £4 per item! Thatll save on the cleaning expense this month!!
