I emailed Bebivita yesterday saying how much my daughter loves their baby cereal.
I got an email back today saying they will post me some vouchers!

I emailed Nestle Cereal - Recieved £3 Vouchers complimented
I emailed Birds eye, ready brek,Radox, Danone,Molton Brown, Hovis,Mr Kipling, lush, all sent back nice emails but no coupons/samples

I've just started e-mailing some chocolate/food companies in hope that i can get some freebies. I'm at uni and its reading week in two weeks, not many of us are going home because of the amount of work that we have to do and the costs and i thought i'd get some things together to cheer us up. Thats if the companies help out! so far cadburys, nestle, galaxy(mars), thorntons, hotel chocolate, some local companies, hribo and some others. Will keep going and see how much i can accumulate. Probably nothing but at least i tried!

Not really a freebie I suppose but I ordered a gelaskin for my lovely new iPhone. Its a canadian company so it warned that it can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. I ordered it just over 3 weeks and emailed them yesterday to see where it was. They emailed me back today and are sending out another one with faster delivery which wouldve cost me an extra $5 or something. Technically I got the faster delivery for free!!

Wow, I emailed a vodka company a while ago to complain about a problem I had with a bottle of their vodka tasting wierd (Its the only vodka I like!!) and they sent me a replacement bottle out, this was about 3 weeks ago, and today I had a delivery of another 2 bottles again to apologise! I couldn't believe it, I was delighted with the 1 one bottle, today I'm exstatic! Looks like im getting drunk tonight!! x

Ive had a lot of success recently : hotel chocolat £10, la senza £10, clinton cards £5, wilkinsons £10, wkd - assorted goodies, harvester £20 + drinks...

Greggs basically emailed to say they will write lol.

And Game are awful and have ignored all emails!!

were these from writing nicely or complaining? I rarely go out so have nothing to complain about but live gettin replies to complimentary emails.

mostly complaints/comments about the customer service received, greggs is the poor quality, wkd was writing and asking nicely.

mccains-no longer do vouchers
innocent smoothie-ive to send them a picture or something nice first
