I sent Innocent a picture of my bird wearing a hat, and a nice email about how she loved their smoothies (which is true!) and they sent me some vouchers.

Emailed pizza hut as had a delivery last week & they forgot my salad & extra dips wasnt the end of the world (cause only ordered these to go over the min spend so I could use a 50% off coupon) but received a £5 gift card yesterday and an apology happy days!

Received £5 of muller vouchers in the post yesterday after a complaint.
Going to try and compliment some companies now!

I never have much luck with these kind of things - recently tried emailing
Sainsburys query/compliment - reply and nothing else
Local bar resturant complaint - no reply as yet
Dog food company compliment - no reply
walkers crisps compliment - reply and nothing else

Have recently adopted a dog so have been applying to various makers of dog food for samples and vouchers. Had quite a few positive replies so far.

Tried Pizza Hut twice as the local one is bad for service, only ever got one £5 voucher they are so tight! I dont like to go back there now.
Quorn are good twice they have sent me vouchers when I have complimented them.

I have sent several complaint emails to Brand Alley (discount shopping club site) for a number of reasons.

First product I ordered went missing and then when it finally arrived it was badly packaged and had a big dirty footprint on the back of the envelope. The product was actually ok inside but they gave me £10 credit in my account.

I had a couple of good deliveries and then they send me a set of knives that could have injured someone - 2 had fallen out of the packaging and I am amazed that the postman was not injured or the knives damaged. I complained again and this time got £15 credit in my account.

I am just about to write again as they have canceled an order without an explanation. I will send them the full experience of using their site and explain that while I have had some excellent products from them - I am currently considering leaving the site as their service is so shaky! Will let you know how I get on.

I have also emailed M+S today as I have had very patchy service from them since I signed up to website - they have canceled orders and failed to answer several questions I have asked them. WIll see how I get on.

Brand Alley - no response
M+S - holding response from Customer Services saying they looking into complaint.
Debenhams - confirmation of receipt of email but no response yet.

Does anyone have an email address for Tesco please? I brought 2 salads on 2 seperate occasions and they had no chicken in!!! :eek:
