    I emailed ambrosia, complimenting them on their custard and asking for a sample. I got nothing:(

    I got some full bottles of OzKleen carpet power and kitchen power for complimentin them on their products. I also got 4 samples of dog perfume (!!!) from america and Guinness have said they are sending out some merchandise for my dad as I emailed them about a special story he had about guiness. I love the post coming everyday.

    I have just received 2x£1.50 vouchers from premier foods,as I had a box of chicken and leek cup a soup with no leek,e-mailed them on Friday and had the vouchers and a lovely letter Tuesday,great customer service.

    I only know of this company who send out samples of labels n odds n sods...

    I wrote to Wilkinsons a couple of weeks ago because the cat biscuits that I bought for our 3 moggies were 25% dog biscuits...:huh:

    Today I received a lovely apology and a £10 gift voucher :jDidnt expect anything tbh so this was a real and nice surprise...Just emailed them to thank them and compliment them on their excellent customer service... :)
