It was a complaint. But I put it across very nicely as I just wanted to point out that a staff member had been very rude to us. Got an phone call from the manager and was happy with that but gift card came this morning so a very pleasant surprise.

I bought two pizza express pizzas from Tesco and one had no cheese on it. I filled in the comments section on the pizza express website and they emailed me asking for the sell by date and product code.

Two days later I received a £10 tesco gift card in the post. And as this was more than I paid for both pizzas, I thought this was a result :T.

I am thinking of contacting companies for free stuf for my uni. I am going to give it a go and see what happens. Fingers crossed.

my brother did this 18mths ago (well i did it for him) we contacted food companies etc and he got loads of samples and coupons.

I got some free Jack Wills stuff through the post recently, but this wasn't because of a compliment or a complaint, I just popped along to one of their store launches of the summer wear and then blogged about it for my Uni..they got into contact with me and sent me some free party pants, a sticker and one of those things you wear around your neck to hang keys/a whistle on. Which was quite a lot considering the bracelets cost 6.50 alone. And I got a goodie bag for attending the night which had a free top and a free t-shrit in.
