I received 2 Revolution VIP cards in the post today after a genuine complaint. I have a card (from another company) which I paid for and can be used like a VIP card to get the same 2-4-1 offers etc. But when I tried to use it I was refused even after I tried to show the server the website giving the details. Eventually they let me have the discount. I emailed the company that I have the card with (as they said if you ever have any problems to contact them) and a few days later the Revolution manager emailed me himself to apologise and tell me that all of his staff were now aware of the discount and that he was sending me something in the post to make up for it. I was really surprised to receive two of the cards, it was a really nice touch.

I've also had a big box in the post to return a bottle of Pepsi to Britvic after it sliced my finger open. All postage paid for so I just need to send it back for them to test.

Yep me neither....same from Veuve Clicquot (:D was worth a shot!), Mr Kipling have also just said oh that's nice, and Jelly Belly.

Oh well I did get Cathedral City voucher for free 400g, plus £2 Andrex and promised Krispy Kreme one in my first week of complimentary emails!

I complained to Next about one of their clocks, got sent a £25 gift card (the cost of the clock!) and got to keep it! Well done Next

Oh and spotted someone mention jelly belly..i complained as our car air freshner is rubbish, they have sent me an address to return it to and will send out a new one and my p&p..must do that actually!

I got the Gu spoon too for telling them their cheesecake was a big hit at a dinner party i had and that my guests all were going to buy one!

I emailed gu telling them how much I love their products and they emailed back to say they have put a little gift in the post for me.

I received £30 of New Look vouchers after sending them a letter of complaint after my girlfriend tried on one of their jackets and got a 2 inch cut on her neck from one of the security tags.

We logged it in the incident book in the store, I took a photo of the cut (which was bleeding a fair bit) and wrote to them bringing the incident to their attention.

I gave the vouchers to the other half as she was the injured party after all! haha
