I bought a balloon inflator for £1.75, which broke after one balloon and I had 40 to inflate. I emailed asda, they replied and apologised and sent a £10 voucher with apologies. Thanks Asda.

I bought tomatoes from Morrisons, the 4 pack for 50p. All of the bottoms of the tomatoes were rotten, but can't find an email address or form for them on their website. Anyone able to help with an email address? I kept the wrapper with all its reference details.

morrisons don't appear to give out an email address. i've heard people complain about this. there are details of how to contact them here, but it looks like you'll have to phone them:

Wouldn't it have been easier to take the tomatoes back to the branch of Morrisons where you bought them? At least give them a chance to sort out their quality control.
