I complained to Heinz because a box of rusks i brought were all crushed, received a £3 voucher this morning

I wrote to Cathedral City telling them how much I enjoyed their cheese (which I do!)
Within a week I received a voucher for one free 200g packet of cheese.

Lol, Cuppa-cha it really doesn't take much time or effort to write a couple of lines about a product in an email (of course, it helps if you actually use the product and can say something genuine about it). It's then just a matter of typing in your name and address and clicking on send.

EG: "Dear Sir, I really like your sauces, however I prefer your mild curry sauces to your stronger varieties".
Sincerely.....(name and address).

It takes less time than boiling a kettle.

Google can usually come up with the websites of most major brands within seconds, and the contact page is often easy to spot.

Andrex sent me £2 in vouchers to thank me for emailing them that I liked the puppy imprints on selected rolls.
Flora also sent me £2 in vouchers after I complimented them.
I also received £3 worth of Ovaltine vouchers for another email.

I have recently received 2 miniature sample bottles from Molton Brown, a £3 voucher from McCains and a packet of Yorkshire Teabags. Not bad for writing a complimentary email...

i wrote a letter to sainsburys to let them know that their website had incorrect information and they sent me a £10 gift card for the trouble, not bad
