I think that if an organisation were to get tons of emails all saying the same thing, they would suspect that there are a lot of scam merchants trying their luck and nobody would benefit.
one of my neighbours upon noticing a lot of twig in her tobacco, decided to send it back too - getting a result, she did this sooo many times I couldn't believe - every time they sent her back a brand new packet of whatever size she sent them. One company even gave her pre-paid envelopes incase it happened again!
I guess they cottoned on to her at some point, as I haven't seen her do it for a while.
as for me; you know when there's an odd packet that has nothing or next to nothing in it compared to the other packets (e.g. sweets, crisps) - ask the shop where you spot them if you can have it for a school project or something, and send it back to the company - I have had vouchers from mars, mcvities, walkers, whoever it is that makes wheatos.., can't remember many right now0 -

had gone to m 24 hour store to pay for food on the way home from work at midnight, a cinema screening must have just finished a i was quite buisy (for midnight)
And guess how many tills were open?
NONE! and this is a major store!
What added insult to injury was that two were just closing up when we all came to pay. They saw us and just said "no, I am closed" Then another supervisor was closing the self service tills.
Must have been about 20 people there wantin to pay with no tills and only the back view of staff who had seen us, closed thier tills and walked off to thier breaks.
Nuts! I will go Tesco next time!0 -
