Hi,
Thanks to the first post in this thread by Squidworth I parked at Luton Airport Parkway train station for 6 days over the August 2011 Bank Holiday weekend and it cost £22!!! The transfer to airport was really quick and cost £1.50 each way. Car was fine, seems to be relatively safe car park and an attendant works in the office on ground floor, press help button at the barrier and he appears. Would recommend this parking to anyone and I will use again in November!
I didn't book in advance, I tried via the NCP telephone number but they told me that I couldn't book in advance?!? You can find all details for Car Park via NCP website.
Also I was looking at other options where I could book in advance and found a wesite called Parkopedia.co.uk - Really useful parking directory and you can find free car parks also. This website led me to: Parkatmyhouse.co.uk - Really good alternative to find secure parking or find private garages.
Hope someone finds this useful! Apologies but I can't post links as this is my first post:(

Go to http://en.parkopedia.co.uk/parking/rylands_heath_luton/
You can park on peoples driveways close to the airport for around £3.50 a day. Some home owners will offer lifts to the airport, just go through the list0 -
Anyone got any idea of the latest parkway prices?
I need to park for 1 day and airport parking sites are charging crazy prices (£30 odd somthing for 1 night)

Hi all,
I park at Luton Parkway station car park most weekends.
It is very handy for getting to the airport.
I arrive on friday afternoon and leave monday morning, and it costs £13.90 (correct October 2011)
I will be trying the weekly parking soon, thanks to all for the info on getting a week ticket.
The shuttle bus from parkway railway station carpark to luton airport is very good- it costs £1.50 single or £2.50 return and takes 10 mins door to door.0 -
I will be travelling on extended weekend mid-November ... I am very tight with time an may even miss my flight ... so I needed to book at the short stay ...
It appears that I am quite lucky today, received this on my e-mail:Planning a weekend break?
Park in the Short term car park for just £29.99, the ultimate in convenience and price with no need for transfers, just park and take a short stroll to check-in. To qualify just arrive after midday on Friday and exit by midnight Monday for travel before 31st Jan 2012.
*parking in short term car park, book at least 2 days in advance, subject to availability.
Hope it helps someone, normally this is above 60 pounds. Have just booked thorugh the luton airport website Mon-Fri for 29.990 -
Does anyone have any current CODES for the airport parking as the EXPRESS one no longer works?
I have a old banger so am prepared to park on the street if I dont get a parking ticket! Any free parking around the airport?
Thanks

Does anyone have any information as I am traveling very soon and would like to get this sorted as I have an early morning flight.
Thanks0 -
On the Luton Parkway station website it says "Blue badge holders can park for FREE as long as their badge is on display within the vehicle." Has anybody used this to park long-term at this car park? There is no mention of this concession on the car park operator's website (NCP).

A few days ago I tried the NCP multi story one at Luton main station. Yes it is cheap, eg £16.60 Thur pm to Mon eve.
But BEWARE, the inclusive rail + shuttle bus ticket is £4.50 per person! With waits, allow say 25 min this method.
Meanwhile the taxi is £9. Returning in the evening. loads of cabs queuing directly at the airport exist door, so the taxi works out a lot better than the train for even 2 people, they are all black cabs that maybe carry 5 passengers.0
