Anyone Heard From Student Finance

hey,

i've thankfully received everything (documents wise) this year already! last year was a pain the only way i got them to get off their bums was to contact the council (lea) as well as the student finance. KEEP bugging them. they should get on to it!

grrrr!! Wher can I track my finance application online? It's mentioned above but I can't find where to go. Thanks

My 2 dd's have both had their paperwork through and one of them has a bursary but not the other!!xx

Its the university that organises the bursary (unless its an NHS/Social Work course then its slightly different) so It depends when they decide to do it. I didn't get my information through about it until September last year so I wouldn't worry

If you have an ART ID and Password then you can go to:

https://www.studentfinancedirect.co.uk then click login down the left hand side.

Mine is totally wrong! As despite having 5 kids and no income they have not even given me the parents learning grant! I have asked it to re re-assessed and that was a week ago, they wont look at it until 19th now as they are so busy ahhhhh

thanks all I have just contacted them and the reply was:

'I have located in sitting on someone's desk, it will come to you in the next two weeks.'

So no hurry then I sent it off in June!!!
