Hi, I seem to spend lots of time here as well as DFW and comps board these days so thought I'd introduce myself... I'm a 39 yr old single mum, I work full time and seem to run a taxi service for DS (age 8) to various activities in the evenings. Still trying to join in with the flyladies although failing miserably this week.
Thanks to all for the countless menu ideas and recipes I've used over the past year. x

Hi, I've been lurking for while, well ever since i read thrifty ways and found it intriguing, so felt I should say hello.

I'm a 25yr old librarian, not long finished a masters and can still remember my uni days of counting every penny, but since having a job which pays ok have got sadly lax with cash and am hoping to be better. I need to be since various family members helped fund the masters i needed for my job and i want to pay them back sooner rather than later.

I'm 25 and work as a secretary. I came across this O/S board a few weeks ago and have been lurking, but thought it was time to say hello! My boyfriend and I have recently bought our first home, so am looking forward to putting the moneysaving tips I've seen into practise:smiley:

    Hi Everyone
Been lurking and posting on the site with no proper introduction - how rude am I? :o. Work part time between 2 jobs, married with DD4 and DS7 & 1 slightly deranged border collie - 2 until last year . live in scotland, want soooo much to live at the coast and spend more quality time with kids. Endowments performance (lack of) and OH debts thru' naivety/stupidity made me start to take stock of finances and spending but it is only recently that I've made a real attempt - thanks to this site :T .Now an obsession and in danger of boring family, friends, work colleagues, neighbours, really any unfortunate who gives me eye contact. Love GC - first official month and doing okay and hoping this year to grow some stuff in tiny garden - kids can't wait.
It's all for the kids really :kisses3:
    Thanks all
    :hello:there's me, OH, DS 10, DD 7,
and our deranged border collie - sadly put to sleep Aug 23rd 09  now have our GSD x collie oct 10

    Hi
Have been on OS for a while but never introduced myself! Nearly 25, work full time as a fashion buyer, recently moved out of home and trying to make ends meet without spending on the dredded plastic. I am a massive crafting fanatic, have a fashion degree so I love to make things. Make and sell cards, also bags, clothes, anything really! Keen ebayer too - and HUGE Martin fan ... of course x
