Hi,
Also a full time student, looking at ways to make "a little extra". I came accross this site whilst looking for work as a mystery shopper and have been lurking the forums for some time now.
No DW, DS, DD or pets, though I do a little dog walking from time to time. Can anyone tell me what the "D" stands for in DS, DW etc? I'm presuming it's "darling"?

Darling, or dear, or dearest. Most of the time
There's a four letter epithet beginning with "d" that might be substituted at times

I am 36, living west of London, full time mother to DH age 2, with pretensions of becoming self-employed at some point as long as the other baby I would like to have at some point in the next 2 or 3 years doesnt get in the way :j
As well as counting the pennys, I am trying to not eat processed food - so as to count more pennies and to lose that stone I couldnt be bothered going to weightwatchers any longer for.
I like reading (as long as it isnt anything related to Thomas the Tank Engine or Post Man Pat), pilates, pottery, and would love to actually get round to crotcheting, finishing a book I started some years ago, patchwork and making my own Christmas Cards (might do some this weekend though).0 -
Work in Local Government. Don't have much time for anything else, apart from spending money!
Years of having to live frugally (unemployed dad = no money!) means that I can find a bargain anywhere. You name it and I will find the best deal. Might not be the lowest price, but it will be the best deal.
I have just been sorting wardrobe out:
25 pairs of jean
18 pairs of shoes
175 different eaux de toillette
3 big plastic boxes of slap of different types and brands (I am a new man!).
I have been lurking on here for longer than I have been posting.
I want to get into selling on Ebay, but am scared!
Nice to read about everyone on here - it really is a community.0 -

I`m Jan 51 and work as a Health Visitor part time. Happily divorced for 5 years.
Found this site having bought Martin`s book - very addictive and friendly. Find it very useful that everyone is making their own way AND supporting each other.
My eldest son was killed in a car accident last year and I have found it pretty damn impossible to ` carry on` I do have two other beautiful sons whom I adore but unfortunately life will never be the same again ................0 -
I'm age 30 and so is OH. We both work full time and spend our spare time cleaning, gardening, DIYing and getting together with friends or family most weekends.
OSing is very appealing as I've really gotten into matters of ethics this year - supermarkets ripping off farmers here and exploiting poor producers in other countries to drive prices down for consumers in this country, food miles, pesticides etc..
OS is how it was before we imported food from the other side of the world - seasonal produce, farmers' markets etc. And you can save money too!!Highest debt - £24500
Current debt - £0 !!!!
