Thank the lord it is not just me with the lists lol. Although have to admit my lists are down to memory being impaired due to ill health (benign tumor) but will hopefully get better once that is sorted, not sure all the lists will dissapear though as am quite liking the total organization0

Hello everyone,

Hey everyone,
we are pretty old style anyway and have been for years due to the low income we both bring in, we recycle our clothes and household bits and bobs and I patchwork quite often as well, we have a fruit and veg box every week as it is a vegetarian household and we have no TV.
I have recently gone on maternity leave and we are starting to feel the pinch a bit now so I have joined you to see if there is anything else I can do to save money and re use what I already have, and maybe I can share some things we do here.
Anyway after that essay hello everyone :jDebt Free...yay! 10/09/2013 :j

Hello All.
I am a mother of 2 aged 8 and 4. Wife to a wannabe guitar rock god.

Can not wait!

Need to Save Save Save!
Love to read all the tips as I have started to get so many ideas. Want to learn how to shop for £40 - £50 a week and how to stick to my shopping list!0 -
Hi everyone, i'm new here too!
I'm 22, from Glasgow...still living with mum
Just finished college and off to uni in september0 -
Hiya, I'm reasonably new here too so I want to get in on the act! :j
I'm currently a 24 year old NHS Dogsbody, soon to be an underpaid NHS Dogsbody. :rotfl:
I live in North West Wales with Mr Maitane who is a trainee solicitor and we have no children (lucky or unlucky, depends on how you see it) nor any cats (seriously upsetting).:p
I've joined the forums hoping to learn how not to be a walking monetary disaster, I currently have a £4000 debt which doesn't look much compared to some but it's enough to make me worry. Unfortunately my mother isn't too hot on being sensible with money so I didn't learn there but I reckon there's a font of knowledge here for me to immerse myself in.
I'm hoping to save enough money for a deposit, once I'm done with debt, and maybe even save enough money myself to pop back to my beloved Barcelona a few times a year to see those I 'abandoned' when I came to Wales.
Any tips would be gratefully received!"We always find something, hey Didi, to give us the impression we exist?" Samuel Beckett, Waiting for Godot.
