Hi Towills, Sorry for the late reply- I got a little side-tracked. I am stumped if I can find the thread I was meaning regarding the list of policies
I have had a look around the interweb though, and this is what i have found.....
Asda: They will refund you the differnece, plus a £2 gift-card. But be wary when doing this for multiples, as some CS will try to give you 1 gift card for the whole lot- but you are actually entitled to 1 gift card per overcharged item (So if you were overcharged on 5 items, according to their own policy, you should get 5 x £2 cards)
Lidl: Refund the difference only.
Aldi: As Sister Lidl, refund the difference only.
Sainsburys: Refund the differnece only, however if you were to buy a DVD that was marked as £14.99, and still scanned at £14.99 because it was not on offer, but simply shelved in the wrong place marked as £9.99- then you should still be allowed to buy it at £9.99 IYSWIM?
Morrisons: Refund the difference only, and an appology if you are lucky.
Co-op: This is a fascinating one. Someone in my family works there, so I get told of her bargains all the time  If you buy something and you are overcharged, you get Double the Difference back. If you buy something and you are not satisfied, for example you bought a box of chocolates on B.O.G.O.F, and you open the box to find that the sweets must have been too close to a heater or something- then you take the damaged ones back, get a full refund for both plus a replacement for both (while keeping the undamaged box IYSWIM).
Not sure if the last part about the Co-op, but hey-ho!
Hope this is of some use to you! :beer:0 -

I refer you to the reply in Arkell vs. Pressdram.
Please refrain from posting discussion Swanney and try and find your maiden misprice as cannot seem to find any from you
However I must praise you for your intelligent way of telling me to F?@< off by referring to Arkell vs Pressdram which reminds me very much of my law studies when I was younger-thank you0 -
If this thread is only for the misprices, then is there another thread for discussions around misprices/policy?? There used to be a discussion thread but it was closed a long time ago as it was too much work for the mods. I wish they would update the first post now as this is the only place to discuss these matters, and the information is certainly useful to many.
Heskpesk - it's not intelligence - he nicked it from LandyAndy's sig0
