I bought my hubby a coat today reduced from £35 to £15. When I got to the checkout I was charged full price. Went to customer services and asked to be refunded double the difference as per policy. Got £40 back, so in essence they paid me to take a gorgeous coat for my hubbys Christmas present! :rotfl:

If anyone else is interested, I can't find a picture of the actual coat but it similar to this Tesco one only black with no hood.

Great find, could you post the barcode please?

just to confirm , i went back to tesco's and got refunded another 4 pounds as the manager confirmed that the winnie the pooh pens i had bought i was overcgarged for. they should have been 1 not 2 pounds so dtd paid 2 pounds back for each of them (so they were in fact free)...hope that helps someone.
