10,000 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
Picked up a 20g tube of Olay Even & Smooth light day cream for Combo/oily skin. Think it's just a moisturiser but is quite nice.
    Not a good buy, sorry!

I slathered over my face the other day (having bought several) and within minutes it left a really weird and unsightly residue, as if it was rubbing off. Nasty but its in my hair, and everywhere else too :(

Oh no - sorry! I quite like it. I only use a tiny amount though as I only like a light moisturiser
  • I've just picked up some Barry M eyeshadow trios- there were about 4 different varieties- but resisted the eyeshadow pencils and eye glitters (Dazzle dust).

Amazon has the same ones for £4-£8 per pop, lovely summery colours, and I'm a happy shopper as I've had nothing decent from there for ages!
They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.

Got some Perle De Lait Coconut Yoghurt 4 x 125g from Trongate, Glasgow Poundland earlier. (Not a flavour I'd usually buy, it's surprisingly yummy!).

£1.75 or 2 for £2.50 from Tesco currently, £1 at Asda right now though! http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/shopping/findproducts.aspx?query=perle%20de%20lait%20coconut%20yoghurt

I'm a long-time user of Ulay/Olay products but I found the 20g Even & Smooth Light Day Cream (for combination skin) makes me break out! Ended up giving the tubes I had to my teenage niece.

Not long back from Poundland, Argyle Street, Glasgow.

My sis has asked for a vapouriser for her birthday, being new to them I've have been on the lookout for E-liquid. Poundland sells Cloud 9 Cherry, Virginia Tobacco and Menthol flavours, "100% extra free", 10ml bottles. They've probably been in Poundland for eons! (Non-smoker here :)).

Scottish Blend (not one-cup) 80 pyramid bags. Many of the Cadbury's packs in store are "3+1 Free", got 4 x 54.5g bars of Double Decker.

Nature Valley Oats 'n' Red Berry Crispy Granola 360g (£2.49 at supermarkets: http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/tesco-price-comparison/Porridge_And_Muesli/Nature_Valley_Protein_Granola_Oats_n_Red_Berry_360g.html ).

I did notice the Dorset Cereals packs but they are a swizz as the packs are teeny-tiny! 340g and 325g packs in Poundland, compared to standard size, which is around 820g.

There's also 3 (separate) packets of Fox's Biscuits on offer for £1, from the top of my head it was Malted Milk Creams, Rich Tea Creams, Crinkle Crunch Ginger biscuits and a Mint/Chocolate variety.

They had a few jugs of 2.5 litre Essentials Lavender Disinfectant on display, so bought another :)

They also had these which are £5.99 on this tobacco e-store, "Sky Lites Smooth Satin Tobacco E-Cigarette Refills" http://www.electrictobacconist.co.uk/electronic-cigarette-refills-c2/sky-lites-smooth-satin-tobacco-e-cigarette-refills-p54

For the kiddies, or young at heart, in Trongate, Glasgow Poundland:

A Smurfs figure (made by JakksPacific), seems to come from Cyprus. Boxes of Jolly Ranchers Chews* in Tropical or Original Flavours, 113g. Push Pop Candy 3 pack (Cola, Orange, Strawberry), 45g.

The usual Wonka boxes of American candy were there, but they also had "Cookies & Cream" candy which I might just go back and buy! Trying to resist! These, I think? http://www.cookiedoughbites.com/wp-content/uploads/Cookies-N-Cream-Bites.jpg

Nanoblock figures (this one is in Blue Parakeet variety, though they had a Terrier too (?)), over 80 pieces. http://www.world-of-toys.com/nanoblock_s/45.htm

IMG_0002_1.jpg*Curiously, the Jolly Ranchers boxes have a warning in the small print: "E129, E110 and E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children". Don't think I've ever seen that on UK sweeties (?).

I may have to move near to a Poundland that sells JollyRanchers!

Katie Piper's book 'Things Get Better'
Also skinny popcorn, 4 bag multipack for £1, really nice & low carb etc :T

I bought WD40. Not exciting, but practical and useful.
