  • Today we got a Lite Sprite which I'm sure used to be £8 ish and now appear to be about £6 on Amazon.

Obsessing about remortgaging and interest rates all day, every day:)

  • I spent £21 the other day :o (but got candy canes, chocolate bars and Father Christmas tree decorations to make eight candy sleighs for the children's teachers and school office staff.) Among my other finds were (at LAST) the Xmas pudding bin bags :j, which I've been hoping for ever since someone mentioned them many pages ago, and one of the Rimmel Union Jack eyeshadows, plus OPI shatter nail varnish and one of tibby's heatpacks- I'm very impressed with those! (I've used the Deep Heat self-adhesive pads before and though it was rubbish, and expensive- I'd have been better off buying the cream but I was at work and it was all that was available.... ) This one stayed lovely and warm for about six hours before I had to take it off. Bargain.
They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.

  • Bought a little gift set in my local (Bury) today. Baby's first Christmas - includes a buggy book and a teether in a nice little box. Says £6.99 on the back.
  • Tooting has loads of Revlon polish, some Rimmel polish, a few other Rimmel bits (mostly eyeshadow) and lots of Manhattan makeup (German brand) which comes in packets of 2 products (polish & eyeshadow, lip creme & eyeshadow etc).
